ABOUT ME
I’m Lidija and I've been a journalist and content creator for over 15 years. Currently, I'm based between Beirut and Edinburgh, which are two pretty different places.
Career-wise, I started off in investigative journalism, and then worked in research and publishing. After a brief stint at a corporate risk consultancy, I went freelance and never looked back. You can read more about my personal story here.
Right now I'm focusing on content marketing, feature writing and editing. I've covered a whole range of topics, but my areas of specialism are in business, social issues, and travel.
My work and research have been published in the Financial Times, an award-winning BBC File on 4 documentary, The Baltic Center for Investigative Journalism , and a variety of magazines and news outlets, including Deep Baltic, Discover Benelux and LSM (Public Broadcasting of Latvia).
